Note: Payments received after July 1 are considered late 

and will be assessed a $25 late fee.

 If you require a Resale Certificate, email a TREC 37-5 

and a signed TREC 36-8, to rpoa@gvtc.com


Annual Assessments are due at the beginning of our fiscal year:  June 1


Effective November 1, 2014 the following fee structure will be in place:


Transfer fees: $200 per lot


Resale Certificate: $100


Subordination agreement: $150


60-day Letter: $150
