Property assessments for RPOA are $346.00 per year and are due June 1st of each year.

Payments received after July 1st are considered late
and will be assessed a $25 late fee. If not paid within thirty (30) days after the due date, the assessment shall bear interest from the date of delinquency at the rate of ten percent (10%) per annum.
