Annual Property Owner Dues

Property assessments for RPOA are $346.00 per year and are due June 1st of each year. 


PAYABLE TO: 

RIVERMONT POA  


Note: 

Payments received after July 1st are considered late 

and will be assessed a $25 late fee. If not paid within thirty (30) days after the due date, the assessment shall bear interest from the date of delinquency at the rate of ten percent (10%) per annum. 

Title Company Information


 If you require a Resale Certificate, email a TREC 37-5 

and a signed TREC 36-8, to rpoa@gvtc.com. 


Annual Assessments are due at the beginning of our fiscal year:  June 1st


Effective April 22, 2026 the following fee structure will be in place:


Transfer fees: $300 per lot


Resale Certificate: $200


Lein Filing fee: $500


Lien Release Fee: $500


Subordination agreement: $150


60-day Letter: $150
