Key Policy

As of August 12, 2021

Previous Year's Keys need to be submitted with the

Annual Property Association dues payments

A New Key will not be issued unless the previous Key has been returned 

or the $20.00 Lost Key fee has been paid

Property Owners will now be responsible to cover a $20.00 fee 

to replace a Lost Key

Property Owners will now be able to purchase a 2nd Key only for $20.00
